Working principle of platinum-rhodium thermocouple: platinum-rhodium thermocouple is composed of two conductor ends of different components of the synthesis loop, when the two junction temperature is not at the same time, will produce thermal current in the loop. If there is a temperature difference between the thermocouple working end and the reference end, the display meter will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple.

Third, according to the middle conductor law, in the practical application of platinum-rhodium S-type thermocouple temperature measurement, often using hot end welding, cold end open form, cold end by connecting wire and display instrument connected to form a temperature measurement system. Fourth, according to the instrument wiring diagram for the correct wiring and power, the instrument first shows the instrument platinum-rhodium S-type thermocouple indexing number, then shows the range of the instrument, and then measure the instrument lower row of digital tube display set temperature, the instrument upper row digital tube display temperature measurement. Platinum-rhodium thermocouple temperature measurement range: platinum-rhodium thermocouple can be used in vacuum, oxidation, reduction and inert atmosphere, but the positive iron in high temperature oxidation faster, so the use of temperature is limited, also can not be directly unprotected in high temperature for vulcanization atmosphere.

Platinum-rhodium thermocouple selection: according to the temperature measurement range and accuracy, select the corresponding thermocouple. When the temperature is 1300~1800ºC and the accuracy is relatively high, type B thermocouple is generally used; The accuracy is not high, and the atmosphere allows the use of tungsten-rhenium thermocouple, higher than 1800ºC generally choose tungsten-rhenium thermocouple; The use of temperature in 1000~1300ºC requires high accuracy and high availability of S-type thermocouple and N-type thermocouple; In 1000ºC below the general use and N type thermocouple, below 400ºC with E type thermocouple; At 250ºC and negative temperature measurement generally use T thermocouple, T thermocouple stability and high precision at low temperature.

It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas medium and solid surface from 0ºC to 800ºC in various production processes, and should conform to GB/T18404-2001 standard.
Armoured thermocouple working principle: it is composed of two different components of conductor by welding at both ends, forming a loop, direct temperature measurement end called measuring end, wiring end called reference end. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, thermal current will be generated in the loop, connected to the display instrument, the instrument will indicate the corresponding temperature value of the thermoelectric electromotive force generated by the thermocouple.
The thermoelectric emf of the WREK-101 armored thermocouple will increase as the temperature of the measuring end increases. The size of the thermoelectric EMF depends only on the material of the armored thermocouple conductor and the temperature difference between the two ends, not the length or diameter of the thermal electrode.
The WREK-101 armored thermocouple consists of a conductor, an insulated magnesium oxide, and a 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tube that has been repeatedly drawn. The basic structure of the wreK-101 armored thermocouple consists of a junction box, terminal blocks, and an armored thermocouple with various mounting and mounting devices.

1. Wear-resistant material process: wear-resistant material is in the metal surface of the alloy base metal (for example: 601 stainless steel) and tungsten carbon compound at the same time melting, vaporization by high voltage electrical pulse generated local ultra-high temperature; They then quickly fuse the two together and cool the whole process in an instant.
