Pressure gauge refers to the instrument with elastic element as the sensitive element to measure and indicate the pressure higher than the ambient pressure. It is widely used. working principle
The pressure gauge displays the pressure through the elastic deformation of the sensitive elements (Bourdon tube, bellows and bellows) in the gauge, and then the pressure deformation is transmitted to the pointer by the conversion mechanism of the movement in the gauge, causing the pointer to rotate.

Direct installation type is divided into radial direct installation type and axial direct installation type. Radial direct installation type is the basic installation type. Generally, when the installation structure type is not specified, it refers to radial direct installation type. Considering the stability of its own support, the axial direct installation type is generally selected only for pressure gauges with nominal diameter less than 150mm. The so-called embedded and convex pressure gauges are what we often call pressure gauges with edges (mounting rings). The axial embedded type refers to the axial forward band edge, the radial embedded type refers to the radial forward band edge, and the radial convex type (also known as wall mounted) refers to the radial backward band edge pressure gauge. The accuracy classification of pressure gauge is very clear. Common accuracy levels include level 4, 2.5, 1.6, 1, 0.4, 0.25, 0.16, 0.1, etc. Generally, the accuracy grade should be marked on its dial, and its identification also has corresponding provisions. For example, "" indicates that its accuracy grade is grade 1. For some pressure gauges with low accuracy level, such as those under level 4, others do not need to measure their accurate pressure value and only need to indicate the pressure range, such as the pressure gauge on the fire extinguisher, the accuracy level can not be marked.According to its measurement accuracy, pressure gauge can be divided into precision pressure gauge and general pressure gauge. Installation modeAccording to the threaded joint and installation method, the instruments in article 4.1.2 of the national standard of pressure gauge general pressure gauge GB / t1226-2001 are divided into direct installation pressure gauge, embedded (panel mounted) pressure gauge and convex (wall mounted) pressure gauge.
1. The installation position of the pressure gauge shall meet the requirements of the installation state. Generally, the dial shall not be placed horizontally. The height of the installation position shall be convenient for the staff to observe.
2. The distance between the installation position of the pressure gauge and the pressure measuring point shall be as short as possible to ensure good sealing and no leakage.
3. There shall be a buffer at the front end of the installed pressure gauge; In order to facilitate inspection, a shut-off valve shall be installed under the instrument; When the medium is dirty or has pulse pressure, filter, buffer and stabilized pressure gas can be used
Accuracy level
1. The accuracy grade of the pressure gauge reflects the accuracy of the indicated value close to the real value in the comparison between the tested gauge and the precision gauge. It is equal to the percentage of the ratio of the absolute value of the maximum basic error to the upper limit of measurement, which is determined according to the error generated in the calibration.
2. China's general industrial pressure gauges are divided into four accuracy levels, which comply with the allowable error of the pressure gauge in the verification regulation of spring tube general pressure gauge, pressure vacuum gauge and vacuum gauge (jjg52-1999). The four accuracy levels are: Level 1, level 1.6, level 2.5 and level 4. The allowable error (calculated as a percentage of the upper limit of measurement) is ± 1%, ± 1.6%, ± 2.5% and ± 4% respectively.
3. China's new verification regulation of digital pressure gauge was published and implemented in 2005, which is in line with jjg875-2005 verification regulation of digital pressure gauge. The accuracy of pressure is specified as ± 0.01%, ± 0.02%, ± 0.05%, ± 0.1%, ± 0.2%, ± 0.5%, ± 1.0% and ± 1.6% respectively.
4. The method of reasonably selecting the accuracy grade of pressure gauge shall be based on the requirements of production process, economy and practicality, detection method, etc., and the accuracy grade shall be selected according to the allowable error required by the minimum value of the measured pressure.Overhaul and maintenance
1. After a period of use and pressure, the movement of the pressure gauge will inevitably appear some deformation and wear, and the pressure gauge will produce various errors and faults. In order to ensure its original accuracy without distortion of quantity value transmission, it shall be replaced in time to ensure that the indication is correct, safe and reliable.
2. The pressure gauge shall be cleaned regularly. Because the inside of the pressure gauge is not clean, it will increase the wear of all parts, which will affect its normal work. In serious cases, the pressure gauge will fail and be scrapped.
3. According to jjg52-1999, the verification cycle of the pressure gauge installed at the pressure measuring part generally does not exceed half a year. For pressure gauges related to production safety and environmental monitoring, the verification cycle must be in accordance with the verification regulations and can only be less than half a year; If the industrial and mining conditions are bad, the verification cycle must be shorter.
4. If the medium at the pressure measuring part fluctuates greatly, is used frequently, has high accuracy requirements, and has strict requirements on safety factors, the verification cycle can be appropriately shortened according to the specific situation.
